Weekend Fun

This weekend was Max's first Military Vehical Show! He had a blast. He loves trucks, and he had fun watching them, and sitting in them and moving the wheel. It was a two day event, the first day he was very shy, and stuck with me, but the second day he really opened up, and started exploring. Everyone was in love with him by the time the weekend was over.

In other Max news, he is doing great sleeping, hasn't woken at night, in several nights (knock on wood). He has tried many new foods, and even had his first McDonalds today. We have gone to the park a few times, he loves the swing and slide. He is really warming up to Alan, and LOVES playing with him, and being tickled by him. He even doesn't mind Alan holding him. We are finding out he has an opinion about what he wears in the morning. Yesterday I put a pair of jean shorts on him and he thru a fit, started screaming and crying, so I held up another pair (green shorts) and he shut up. So I switched shorts and he was Mr. Happy. Weird how a child who three weeks ago was never given a choice on anything can have such a strong opinion on what he wears!!!! He is also VERY attached to his shoes we got in China, he won't let me even try on his other shoes. He likes to play with the other shoes (the light up) but will not wear them.
