Well today we finally got a neurologist to look at the MRI, and he was rather optimistic. He said that nothing is 100%, but due to the location of the cyst in his brain that there is little chance for MR/DD, and that he should have a normal life span. He will most likly need to have the cyst drained. As Alan said " He didn't say anything that was a Red Flag, only Green Flags" He also said, he has seen worse in children that have normal intelegence. SO... looks good. He wanted to take the MRI's to a neurosurgen to see what he would recomand as far as sugerys and let us know tomorrow. But it is looking really good to me!!
