What a stress filled day, heard from the other doctor today about Chunyang, and she was very worried about his small head. So Alan requested from ASIA that we get an MRI or CT scan done on Chunyang. I also emailed the Waiting families group and asked them about small heads, and their experience. Got a great response from several families who put our minds at ease. They basicly said, that it is very hard to measure heads correctly and as long as his developmental milestones are on point (which they are) he should develop with no problems. They also gave examples of there children (from China) who have small heads (many in the 2% range) who are smart as can be, with no problems. This helped a great deal!!! We also put together our Letter of Intent (LOI), which we will send off soon. Here are a few more tidbits about Chunyang: He gets up every morning at 6:30, naps at 11:30-1:30, and go's to bed at 8:00. His favorite food is sweet treats like sweet cracker sandwiches. His favorite activity is outdoor activities, JUST LIKE US!! :- ) and his favorite toy is the bell.
